Welcome to Kelsea’s Craft Table. By accessing this website, booking services, or submitting payment, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

  • This website and its content are owned and operated by Kelsea’s Craft Table.

  • All materials, including text, images, and graphics, are for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written permission.

  • We reserve the right to update or change these Terms & Conditions at any time.

2. Services & Bookings

  • Services offered may include (but are not limited to) craft parties, slime parties, workshops, and related activities.

  • All event details, including pricing, inclusions, and timing, will be confirmed in writing before the event.

  • Times listed for setup, activities, and cleanup are estimates and may vary slightly.

3. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required to confirm your booking.

  • Payment confirms your booking and agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • Kelsea’s Craft Table does not offer refunds or accept cancellations under any circumstances.

  • If you cannot host your event on the booked date, payments cannot be transferred or applied to a future date.

5. Liability

  • While all materials provided are non-toxic and safe for children, Kelsea’s Craft Table is not responsible for any allergic reactions, stains, spills, injuries, or accidents that may occur during events.

  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

  • By booking, you agree to hold Kelsea’s Craft Table harmless from any claims arising from participation in events.

6. Photography & Media Release

  • By booking a service or attending an event, you grant Kelsea’s Craft Table permission to photograph and/or video record participants.

  • Photos and videos may be used for personal and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.

  • No compensation will be provided for this use.

  • If you do not wish to have photos/videos taken, you must notify us in writing prior to the event.

7. Website Purchases (if applicable)

  • Any digital or physical products purchased through this site are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

  • All sales are final.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
