Service Description

Get your hands dirty and your imagination growing! In this sensory-rich class, kids will create their very own miniature gardens while learning about the life cycle of plants and the basics of gardening. From the texture of soil to the scent of fresh herbs and flowers, this activity is designed to engage all the senses and spark curiosity about the natural world. Children will explore what plants need to grow—sun, soil, water, and care—and take home a tiny garden they planted themselves. Along the way, they'll learn about responsibility, patience, and observation as they prepare to nurture their plants at home. This lesson combines nature, science, and art in a joyful, hands-on experience. As kids plant seeds, water soil, and decorate their garden spaces, they’ll strengthen fine motor skills and gain a deeper appreciation for the beauty and wonder of the outdoors. Ideal for ages 3–12. All materials provided. Kids will design their own unique butterflies using vibrant materials and a variety of textures, strengthening their understanding of color identification and pattern-making. Along the way, they’ll learn how symmetry appears in nature and apply that concept to their own creations. This activity also encourages free play and creative expression, giving children space to explore their ideas while developing fine motor skills and an appreciation for the tiny details in the world around them.
