Paper Weight Creation Station

Service Description

In this fun, hands-on class, kids will create a unique paper weight while building fine motor and hand-eye coordination skills. Through decorating, assembling, and painting, children practice careful movements and creativity in a playful, supportive environment. This project also includes engaging games that reinforce these important skills, making learning both effective and enjoyable. At the end, each child will take home a colorful, functional paper weight—perfect as a gift or to brighten up any desk. Recommended for ages 2-4. All materials provided. Kids will design their own unique butterflies using vibrant materials and a variety of textures, strengthening their understanding of color identification and pattern-making. Along the way, they’ll learn how symmetry appears in nature and apply that concept to their own creations. This activity also encourages free play and creative expression, giving children space to explore their ideas while developing fine motor skills and an appreciation for the tiny details in the world around them. Each child will leave with a colorful butterfly to take home and a new perspective on the natural beauty that surrounds us. Perfect for ages 4-6. All materials provided.
